Suds Above - Terms of Service

OVERVIEW This website is operated by Above the Board, L.L.C. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Suds Above Soap Co. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - HANDMADE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER Our products are handmade in small batches. As a result, please note:

  • Variations: There may be slight variations in color, weight, and design between batches.

  • Ingredients & Allergies: Our products contain Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Palm Oil, Castor Oil, Goat Milk, and Fragrance/Essential Oils and colorants in some recipes. It is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredient list for potential allergens. We recommend a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

SECTION 2 - SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING BILLING By signing up for a Suds Above subscription, you receive a 10% discount and free shipping in exchange for a recurring replenishment schedule.

  • Billing: You will be automatically charged at the interval selected at checkout.

  • Cancellation: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us at SudsAboveSoapCo@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $60.00 (calculated after discounts and before taxes) and for subscriptions.

  • Hygiene Policy: Due to the personal nature of our handmade soap, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

  • We do not issue cash or credit card refunds for personal preferences (e.g., if you decide you dislike a specific fragrance scent).

  •  Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
