Every single bar of our cold-process soap is hand-poured, hand-cut, and packaged right on our homestead near Correctionville, Iowa.

We take immense pride in crafting high-quality products for sensitive skin, and we want to get them to your doorstep safely and transparently.

📦 Processing & Handling Time: Orders are processed and securely packed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday).  Orders placed over the weekend or on major holidays will be processed starting the following business day. During high-volume seasonal launches, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience with our small-batch process! 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery (Domestic US): We ship nationwide using reliable commercial carriers (primarily USPS Ground Advantage). Shipping speeds generally range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your distance from Iowa.

• Generally- orders $22.00 to $49.99:  $6.99 Flat Rate Shipping 
• Orders $60.00 and above: FREE Standard Shipping
• Subscriptions: FREE Standard Shipping

🔍 Order Tracking: The moment your order is packed and ready for the mail carrier, an automatic email confirmation will be sent to you containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status. 

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged or your contents aren't what you expected, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at SudsAboveSoapCo@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged items so we can make it right immediately.
