Refund policy
At Suds Above Soap Co., we take pride in the artisanal quality of our small-batch, cold-process soaps. Due to the personal nature of our products, we have established the following guidelines to ensure transparency and safety for all our customers.
1. Returns
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on soap products, even if the packaging is unopened. We want every customer to be confident that their bar is fresh and has never left our controlled environment.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at SudsAboveSoapCo@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Photo Documentation: We require a photo of the damaged item and the shipping packaging to process a replacement or credit.
3. Refunds and Replacements
While we do not offer traditional returns, your satisfaction is our priority.

Refund Processing: If a refund is approved for a damaged or missing item, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Subscription Cancellations
For our Subscription Members receiving 10% off and free shipping, you may skip or cancel your replenishment schedule at any time through your customer portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to prevent the shipment of that month's bundle.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Individual bars purchased as part of a "3-Bar Bundle" (we do not offer partial refunds for bundles).
